Sovint pensem que el nostre servei és adequat pel nostre client, però realment és així? Què hauria de reformular per ser diferent a la meva competència? segur que alguna cosa hi puc fer, però com saber què haig de millorar? Encara que preguntar directament al nostre client és una bona eina, ells responen sense donar grans detalls, sabem parcialment què és allò que es pot millorar tanmateix ens mancarà saber quina és la solució més adient per nosaltres.

Encara que a priori em va semblar que jo mateixa podria trobar les solucions, em vaig adonar que necessitava una visió externa, una que tingués un punt de vista diferent.
