I moved from Big Bear to Arizona. Five Stars is not enough as I wish I could give this moving company more stars. David Case did an outstanding job of unloading my furniture all by himself at my new place in Arizona. He had hired a man to help him here but the man never showed up or bothered to contact David. He worked straight through, made sure everything was put in its proper place, set up my bed and dresser mirror and asked if there was anything else he could do even though I knew he was exhausted. He never complained once.

The Owner of Mover Guru "James" was a pleasure to work with. His sister Richele was also very kind and professional. We moved from Big Bear down to Redlands and we saved several hundred dollars in comparison to the quotes of their competition. The movers they sent were great, they were local movers who had plenty of experience. The team leader was Cricket who had everything down to a science.

We would award these guys more than 5 Stars if it was possible! Chris and Jimmy showed up on time with the proper equipment to move a large safe for us. They were friendly, personable and efficient! Debbie, in the office was quite helpful in assisting with the planning of this event as we had to juggle the date and time to fit a pretty hectic schedule! The ONLY negative encounter was with a so-called scheduler, possibly named Dave who was rude and obnoxious when my wife tried to inquire about moving details. It's quite possible that "Dave" was having a "bad" day. What ever his problem was it indeed cast the business in a somewhat negative light! It's a good thing Chris, Jimmy and Debbie stepped up to hit it out of the park. Dave should be sent to the showers!
