If I could give it a zero start I would do so. We had used Bekins before and when we were moving we used them again. This time we had a horrible experience with the movers. They scuffed and damaged the walls to both houses, stole a large box of hats, stole one of the remotes to our mattress adjustable frame (which has no use to anyone else), the movers did not place the boxes in the rooms that were marked. At the end, they rushed us so that we could not account nor count the number of boxes delivered. I would definitely not recommend them ever again. When I filed a complaint, it went nowhere, they all claimed that they knew nothing about the missing box or remote. The stealing of the remote was intentional because I had plated it in one of our nightstands that they then shrink wrapped. So one of them had to open the drawer to take the remote after the cut away the wrapping.

Very professional, truck was loaded in 2 hours, driver was on time for pickup. Same with delivery. Went across the country, everything delivered professionally and quickly. Completely recommend Bekins for their courtesy, timeliness and professionalism.

Moving is always stressful and looking at years of accumulated stuff made me wonder if it was even possible. We can’t thank Bekins enough for getting us through it all from beginning to end. Dan saw what we had and gave us an estimate based on the high end with options how we could help with lowering costs. Once the movers came what seemed an impossible job became a reality in a matter of hours. Two days later we were at our new location, the truck was unloaded and item’s were deposited where we wanted—and I might add this was done cheerfully. The cherry on top—the final invoice was way lower than the estimate. I do hope this is our last move but if not, I would call them again.

Had a great experience! Dan Chapman, the initial sales consultant, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and guided me along, and was patient with my questions through the whole process. Our driver, David, was just exceptional, can't rave about him enough. Communicated so well, so very professional and easy to talk to. Kept us updated all along. The actual loaders/movers in California were also above and beyond.

Our experience with Bekins moving solutions from start to finish was great. Our move was from California to Arizona. Moving is a very stressful time and these guys from Dan Chapman , To Carlos the driver and his crew made it more tolerable. They placed all the heavy furniture where my wife wanted it and also set up the beds. Thanks guys we couldn’t have done it with out you!!
