Normally this Pubkix is great . I got my family chicken noodle soup from the deli and their rotisserie chicken. We ate that for dinner and within 3 hours all of us were violently throwing up and going to the bathroom all night . Who ever is Incharge of cleaning those stations please please please clean them asap.

I wish I had noticed what her name was but, the pharmacist tech at the drive thru window is AWFUL. 1) on multiple occasions, she’s just rude. Not friendly, never smiles, flat voice. 2) she handed me the clipboard during one of our interactions and said “sign this”, I asked her, “what am I signing for?” And she just stared at me for 30 seconds like she didn’t know either. 3) she tells me my prescription will be ready at 9 pm, I come back the next day, she acts like she has no clue what I’m talking about and gets her manager to re-explain what she already told me. I am not dumb, and did not need it explained in a different way. I fully understand what she said. What I didn’t understand is why she would tell me to come back at 9 for a prescription that apparently doesn’t exist. If you can’t do customer service, if you can’t relay accurate information, and if you can’t be a big girl and admit that maybe you made a mistake, MAYBE pursue a different line of work, or at the very least, find work at a place that doesn’t have a great reputation for excellent service because you have 0 qualities that align with that standard. Manager was nice though.

My husband is being treated for a heart condition and we have been changing meds. Every nex RX the doc sends we have to call to tell them to fill it. Sometime multiple times! It's nuts. They have it in there system yet they wait until we call or get mad? Crazy the lack of efficiency with this!

I was told that they do not stock and fill “maintenance medications” on site. Was told that they order those and they are distributed out of Orlando and they do not deliver to the store on the weekends. What kind of pharmacy does not stock medication and open on the weekend!! This is the second time this has happened at this location. I am out of 3 medications and the app was setup for it to be ready from 3PM to 7PM today (Saturday). The pharmacy staff told me that they will not be delivering to the store until Monday! I will be switching pharmacies at this time. It’s a shame because I have never had this issue before moving here. I have been using Publix Pharmacy for years. So sad….

This Publix is one of the best. Nice workers, clean, properly stocked. Keep up the good work.

Pharmacy team does not fill prescriptions unless you contact them first and doesn't pick-up the phone when calling. You are dealing with people's medication and I expected a whole lot more from publix. Shame and based on these reviews they clearly do not care!

Always have to call to actually have them fill the prescription otherwise they don’t. There’s no communication and when they say it’ll be taken care of that day… usually means in a couple of days.
