I arrived aprox. at 10:45 p.m. last night and ordered at the deli a meatball sub. A customer was just leaving and April was the attendant and I told her that I had been busy with my daughter's birthday all day & had not eaten since 4p.m. I guess I had to say something since I was their last customer and they were breaking down & cleaning everything and it was nearing closing time. April went on to prepare my sub with no attitude, not brash nor hurrying, I didn't even have to ask to have it toasted, and
Madeline - who also works in the deli - made me feel welcome too. It was a very pleasant experience by very nice ladies!! Thank you!!

I always enjoy my Publix Shooping experience but today's visit to Publix/Welleby Plaza was great. The Personnel are very respectful and helpful. Their adherence to CDC's COVID Protocol is prudent and inviting to all to join in keeping others safe. Thank you to the Management & Store Personnel for your professionality and Customer Service.

I like the size of the store. I go out of my way from Plantation to shop at Welleby. My only issue is at the check out. Im usually treated with suspicion or rudely. Usually by a manager. I pay with cash and always polite. Im not usually asked if I need help bringing my bags to the car. Thank you
