I find the info useful, when I am actually view it easily. I had a subscription, but every time I try to read an article, I have to type in my password which makes the service useless to me.

When trying to cancel, I am told my account was cancelled, but the monthly costs keep recurring on my credit card. It's been 4 months now. I called them again to cancel today. If they continue to charge me, I suppose I will have to ask for a new credit card from my credit card company and report them to BBB. I had to yell at the poor woman on the phone to give me a reference number that shows my cancellation. I doubt it's even valid.

Every time they asked me to reconsider staying for $4.99/month, I asked them "what they could offer for $0 a month because that was the budget I had for the Daily Camera". I went round and round stating the same thing at least 8 times since they refused to cancel.

Make an app that works as reliably as the monthly charge, and maybe you can keep customers.
