Nice professional patient Informative Dr. We have been going to him for over 12 years.

Dr. Lo and his team at the Hacienda Heights location are wonderful. They are patient and profession in their service. The exams are thorough and Dr. Lo takes time to explain all aspects of the exam. There is a wide selection of eyewear and the staff is very helpful supporting your needs. My family and I have been patients of Dr Lo for a few years and always enjoy our experience. Doctor Lo and his staff were very professional, friendly and make you feel very comfortable & welcome. I've been going to Doctor Alvin Lo since 2006. After examining my eyes he told me that my prescription from another doctor's office were to strong. I decided with that information that I would make all my appointments from now on with Doctor Alvin Lo. He spends time with you achieving the correct prescription. He even sent the x-rays to me by email. He has a lovely office with a very capable staff. His assistant John did my x-rays and he was very knowledgeable in his field. Also Konami was very helpful at the front desk with billing and scheduling appointments. As long as Dr Alvin Lo is practicing I will continue going to his office.

I have been coming here since moving to Waco in 2015. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Alvin is always very thorough in his examination. When I needed extra tests she explained everything so I understand why they were needed and what information we would get from having them done. My son is also a patient and they're very good with him as well. There is a great selection of eye wear and they're excellent when I walk in with a repair. And that's often when you have a soccer playing boy. I highly recommend.
