Had a 1300 appointment, got here the night before, about 1130, after running all night. The night receiving clerk was very polite, suggested I getting the receiving door when they open @0630. The morning receiving clerk had a completely different attitude. "This facility is run on appointments and you are not scheduled until 1300. If we have a chance, we will TRY to get to you early." Well it has been over 4 hours, and 4 trucks have been loaded/unloaded. The other reviews talk about how much room there is, and how clean the place is. Well heck yeah, they aren't working on any trucks, they have all the time in the world. Such disrespect is an unfortunately consistent treatment shown to us OTR drivers. I have been to many distribution centers, and been shown very considerate treatment. Especially this company, Americold. This place is definitely an outlier, the other Americold centers get you in and out promptly. With your dignity intact.

I had a 1630 appointment today. Wasn't going to have hours at that point but I saw others say the place has overnight parking. I got there at 1130, was given a door immediately, and was loaded by 1230 - A full 4 hours ahead of my appointment time.

While they do seem to have ample overnight parking, I had enough hours to actually get some more work done today because they were so efficient and loaded me so quickly. Weights are great, everything checks out.

If you get a load picking up or delivering to this place, absolutely take it. I know I'll be accepting anything from here from now on. Absolutely fantastic place to pick up from.

I did notice a sign in the office that says if you're more than 30 minutes late there's a $150 late fee that must be paid before they unload you/load you. Just a heads up, says to call at least 2 hours in advance of your appointment if you're running late, and mentioned a fee for same day rescheduling. I was super early so I didn't have to worry about that (And my company would pay that fee anyway) but if you're responsible for fees on your loads then that's a heads up for ya.

Very nice place, best thing is overnight parking, easy in out , clean restrooms, friendly staff, check in before 2 hour from appointment. I was Loaded within 2 hours. After check in .

Got here at 11:15 am 4 pm appt. 2:32 still waiting the staff told me they were slammed. Never saw the docs full but people going in and out. Might be a smaller staff but more efficient. Nice folks will update after I'm done. Up Date 5 pm still no door.

My appointment was at 6p and I was loaded with bills in my hand by 7:15p.. nice clean facility with plenty of room to get in the docks also they have parking if you get there early or need to spend the night.. you don't even have to open the trailer doors as they do it in the dock..

Pretty decent place, if you come on your appointment time just hope your load is ready cause if its not your gonna be there for a little while but if it’s ready they will get you loaded in less than 15 mins!

Excellent! Garmin gps is accurate. New facility with overnight parking (keep it clean, you Neanderthals). One of the BEST Americolds in the nation.

Check in is very easy and very friendly if detention is longer then 2 hours free beer n pizza.... love this place
