Ordered an Impact Dog Crate and was shipped through AGS. Came badly dented and needed a replacement that was not damaged and for them to collect the damaged one. They brought the replacement and walked away before I could ask about them collecting the first one. Opened the package to inspect and the new replacement was dented also. The crates are shy of 1000$ and there was zero care whatsoever in regards to my parcel. I just don't think this company actually has interest in making sure things are shipped correctly. I wouldn't have this company deliver a sandwich a tenth of a mile down the road let alone these packages.

This company is the worst shipping company. don't ever use it. since december 17 i ordered a tv from samsung and they were in charge of making the delivery. I made the appointment 4 times and they never completed the delivery. according to them "they lost the television" I don't doubt that one of them stole it. Never use this company, they will waste your time.

This is by far the worst delivery company ever, they delivered a brand new Samsung LED TV to my house and the box had several holes on it and it wasn't even on an upright position on the truck like it supposed to be at all times clearly stated with pictures on the TV box, the first thing the AGS delivery employee said to me was that I don't have to worry about the condition of the box because if it was broken Samsung will replace it no questions ask!
That tells me that this is not the first time this company damages items on transit.
I had to call Samsung and for my surprise they don't replace damaged items!!!
Even though this was their fault for using such a bad delivery service!
SAVE YOURSELF A BIG HEADACHE AND DON'T YOU EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR DELIVERY!!!

No respect for the working class. Appointment was made for a delivery, stayed home from WK and NO delivery or call. I then stayed home the following day thinking the delivery would come and NO DELIVERY AND NO FOLLOW UP. I called Global left message for a Glenn and NO call back. Terrible customer service. Glenn should be trained in manners.

They were supposed to deliver me a package and forgot. i took the afternoon off. They did not care. They just said "reschedule" without considering my time. Was forced to use them or I never would.

This is not a professional shipping company I ordered some furniture and they use them as the shipping company but I would never hire a company like this.
