It Takes A Village Animal Rescue and Resources

Would have ordered much sooner had the website been honest about shipping times. They say "ships next day" and indicates all over the site that items arrive quickly, but really that's just so you wait longer to submit your order, then they charge you a horrifically high price to get your item in less than 3 weeks. Very scammy. Not cool.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Sent the wrong banner - asked for a reprint. Was promised twice that a replacement would be sent. Missed both “promised” deadlines for a replacement. They are cheap but you don’t get what you paid for - because they will forget about you.

3 weeks and never received all of my order. Instead of overnighting me the missing items, they just refunded what was missing, without refunding shipping. Customer service took 5 days to respond. Now I have to find somewhere else to get these ASAP

In the past, I used this company to print banners for political events. However, the last time I ordered the 'ART" department delayed my order so long that it wouldn't arrive in time! I recently tried them again, but the 'ART' department again interfered with the printing process, further delaying the printing. Their statement that the image was too small to be magnified is based on a assumption that the banner would be viewed from 15 inches. No, the banner is viewed from 15 feet. Never again!

HUGE issues with them not putting my order through to production in time despite me interfacing with humans on phone support (and following their directions and protocols) to ensure this could and would happen. Then, once their error was discovered, they were unwilling to give me express shipping so I could get my product in time for my event (which was totally possible). Ended up having to spend TRIPLE the amount to get it rush printed locally and they tried to charge me a cancellation fee for their errors. Very disappointed. BUYER BEWARE.

Ordered a retractable banner and a regular table banner for book signings. Immediately upon submitting my order I got an email back letting me know the quality of the artwork I had picked was too blurry in full size.

I had zero trouble canceling that order and making a banner with a better quality background image.

The fact they emailed instead of just printing it and me having to deal with it being blurry has me as a customer for life. I ordered the new design without a hitch and they arrived today. I couldn't be happier with how they came out.

Thank you guys for caring about what you do and the product your customers receive. You're a rare bird in the banner company and you've got my business for as long as you're in business.
