Super impressed with Dr. Lo and her receptionist, Mercedes. My mom was her patient earlier this year - very difficult rare form of dementia. Dr. Lo was caring, knowledgeable, and was so kind and patient with my mom, and with our concerns and questions. Her bedside manner was wonderful - my mom generally hated all doctors, but she liked Dr. Lo. She also referred us to a fantastic placement coordinator who helped us find a memory care facility for my mom - was an absolute godsend, as we were totally overwhelmed at that point. When my mom was in placement, Dr. Lo still returned my calls to ask questions - just incredibly approachable and helpful. My mom is gone now, and I am still so grateful for Dr. Lo's help during the most difficult time in our lives. I have referred others to her as well.

Office staff could be better.

I'm a new patient, and had a slight mix-up with my scheduled appointment. Mercedes called and asked if I was coming. I let her know that I was, and thought my appointment was 9:30 (it's 9:10, and I wasn't far). She was rude and told me that if I wasn't going to be there in the next 5 minutes, that she'd reschedule me. I explained to her about the mix-up in time, and she didn't care and sounded like she already made up her mind to reschedule me.

Man, way to encourage a new guy to come to your office. Pass. I told her to destroy my new patient forms let her know I'll go elsewhere.

Wonderful office staff, and Doctor Lo spent a lot of time getting to know and diagnose my family relative who is suffering from Dementia. Would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a neurologist.

Absolutely worthless. Unfortunately it’s not possible to give a zero star review. I took my mother to see Dr. Lo, we were desperately trying to identify the gradual but obvious symptoms she was experiencing. Dr. Lo ran tests, did what she needed to get paid, but ultimately sent us away, stating that my mother’s neurological test findings aren’t indicative of any diagnosis. We saw a different neurologist, and immediately a specialist based off of his directive, and my mother was diagnosed with advanced stage Parkinson’s 2-3 months later. My mom’s symptoms never changed throughout this timeframe. I do understand that a parkinsons diagnosis is partially subjective, definitely at first, but she didn’t even suspect it. She never uttered the word “Parkinson’s” as a possibility, much less advised us to see a specialist/someone else who might help us figure out what my mom was experiencing.
If Dr Lo really cared, and/or listened to her patients/testimony of patients loved ones, perhaps my Mother would be in a better spot. I have nothing against her personally, but If you’re reading this, it is my advice based on my direct experience to find a different neurologist.

Very indifferent attitude and poor service
No effort to make an appointment
Just bragging the doctor is too busy then say no new patients and don’t have patients calling to make appointment and first appointment tell them to come after three months
Front desk staff doesn’t even check with doctor
