Dr. Lo was fantastic. He kept my father informed and at ease before and during the procedure. My father had a growth in the inner corner of his eye, and after Dr. Lo surgically removed it, my father no longer had to deal with the discomfort or the embarrassment of explaining it. After surgery home care procedures where thoroughly explained. My father, experienced minimal pain and healed perfectly, due the excellent surgical skill from Dr. Lo. We are extremely happy with the great level of care provided to both my father and me (his daughter). Additionally, Dr. Lo is bilingual in Spanish, which added an extra level of comfort knowing that communication was not an issue.

I did an extensive online search for a skillful and experienced cosmetic surgeon for my sagging eyelids. I was happy to find Dr. Lo in my town and happier and impressed after I met him in person (cuter in person!!). Even though I felt and knew he was the Doctor I can trust, I had many questions and fears of surgery and the outcome. He understood my concerns and put me at ease with his wealth of knowledge.
