Dr Lo is fantastic surgeon and human being! My daughter has a reoccurring keloid that has been removed from her earlobe several times. We began this journey when my daughter was 12 and she is now 16. Dr Lo has made her feel comfortable during every surgery and procedure at every age. She takes an interest in her patients and their wellbeing. Her plastic surgery skills are incredible. She has reconstructed my daughter’s earlobe several times and has done an incredible job each and every time. Dr Lo, and her assistance Sandra, are wonderful.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Lo while going in for a consultation. She was very kind and easy to talk to. She was upfront and honest and shared all of the details of what surgery and post surgery could look like. I was super nervous to being this journey but she and her assistant were both so nice and really made me feel extremely comfortable. If my insurance approves this surgery I would feel comfortable and safe knowing she is my provider.

Dr. Lo is absolutely amazing. She is kind and caring, she takes her work very seriously and is quite gifted. I had a double mastectomy and reconstruction. My new chest looks great. I would and have highly recommended Dr. Lo to anyone needing work done on their breasts!

I absolutely LOVE Dr Lo! When I first met her, she was scary and intimidating. But that probably was my apprehension about what I was going through. I had just been diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer and I was a mess. But after that initial meeting, I don’t think I have ever met a more caring and understanding doctor.

And the best part? She had them pipe in Rihanna’s “Rude Boy” right before I went under. She is THE best ❤️

I LOVE Dr. Lo!! She made the most painful procedure (mentally and physically) I’ve ever had so much easier. First , she’s so compassionate and by far the most talented professional in her field . Sandra, practice nurse, is also so carrying, very responsive and full of positive energy .

Dr. Lo made possible a double mastectomy with bilateral reconstruction during the same procedure . 4 months later , I can say that I like my body better than before and there is no way anybody could tell I just went trough all this. I am so thankful I found her !!!

BEWARE! Run, run as fast as you can. After my bad experience I have heard stories from others in the medical field regarding this doctor. Wish I would have known before; that is why I am trying to warn others to stay clear. At my first visit to the ER they suggested I get another opinion; wish I had. Hoping my new plastic surgeon can get me healed. Unfortunately, will probably have to have another surgery.
