Has be the absolute worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. My package has said that it has been out for delivery for 2 days now and there has been no attempt to deliver! Its been impossible to reach anyone who knows anything about this

Was supposed to receive our couch that was to be delivered in 7 packages, we only received 4. When we called to inquire about where the rest was we were informed that they ‘forgot’ to unload it and they close at 1. We now have to wait until Monday. This just seems VERY lazy and unprofessional.

I will be filing a civil action lawsuit again FedEx for fraud, theft, and failer to following government appointed laws. The cops have been contacted for theft and failer to deliver packages. This will not continue to happen. They proceedingly continue to lie about attempted delivery. I have cameras that watch my property and there is never a fedex truck that shows up. This has gotten to the point that the government needs to step in and shut them down for a fraudulent shipping company.

Can’t ever deliver to the correct location. When you call to find out where your package is, they don’t follow through with requests. Never have this problem with Amazon or ups.

Had a package requiring signature that was never attempted to deliver. I have cameras on the property but no drivers showed up at the times they supposedly attempted delivery. There were also multiple people there to sign but now I have to drive 30 min across town to pick it up size their drivers wont do their jobs...

I'm getting really tired of your delivery drivers leaving expensive packages in front of my garage and that of my neighbors. You know porch pirating is a big issue as it is and you're only encouraging it. Your competitor in the brown trucks has no problem making an effort to walk it a few more feet and hide it behind a column on the porch. Try harder please.

Third party delivery drivers consistently do not do their job when it comes to delivering packages to me. Hub/drivers come from Wichita, KS to my home about hour and 15 minutes maximum, that they make up LIES (false reporting) that give them reason to delay timely completion of their task.

As the delivery driver was pulling out of our driveway on May 13, 2023, he ran over our giant breed Great Dane dog. My husband and son witnessed the event, ran out to our dog and watched as the driver continued driving down the road. He never slowed down or stopped. Our dog died from sustained injuries.
