After getting the run around from UPS on a simple print request, Flyer Press was a welcome change. I called and spoke to Josie who quickly answered all my questions. I emailed my documents with details about my request and she built an invoice showing all fees. (The price was lower than UPS by a fair amount.) The print was completed within the hour saving my bacon.

I will be coming back and recommending Flyer Press.

Called in to get a quote for a single card stock 11x17 print, it was $1.60 (not including tax I’m sure ) went in and for some reason my thumb drive wanted to reformat itself in their computer instead of opening the folder. Had to resort to emailing the file in instead. Now, there was no communication that there was an extra charge for emailing the file, so I didn’t know. The file was formatted to fit exactly the 11x17 space .
Apparently there was some trimming to do, it couldn’t have been more than a quarter inch off one side at most. But there was a charge for that too. Again, no communication about that extra charge.
All in all, $5 isn’t much to complain about, but it’s the principle of the matter that there was no communication about the extra charges and it felt sneaky and underhanded. Not coming back. 10/10 would not recommend . Print quality wasn’t anything special, get it cheaper at the Walmart photo center.

This place is stellar! I give them 6 stars ? they have amazing customer service and knowledge. You can get any photos and copies, they have a notary and they can fax things for you. They have numerous services available. They do have a Facebook page.

I wish I had more stars to give for the quality, speed, and availability of service I consistently receive from Flyer Press. While there are local competitive franchises, this is where I go when time & thoroughness of print jobs is crucial. I have needed them in a pinch in travel & legal matters, & yesterday was exceptional in that I needed to email an evidential document, get 3 hole-punched copies, & run them to a district judge in half an hour. Within 5 minutes, I was met with my copies & a smile, & THIS is why I recommend Flyer Press to everyone I know.

I just haven't been happy with their service. I ordered two vehicle magnetic decals. One of the decals fell off my vehicle the third day I used it. I contacted them because I felt that was kind of a product failure and in spite of two follow-up calls, no one ever called me to discuss the issue or to offer any sort of restitution.
In the interest of supporting local business. I went in today to see about getting a banner and the young woman who waited on me just wasn't willing to sit down and preview anything. She just said we do everything by email. You just give me the information and we'll make something up and then I'll email it to you. To me that seems like a really inefficient way to do business. I had everything we needed. I just wanted to preview how it was going to look on the screen to see if we needed to make changes in size. I was also looking for some guidance and professional advice on sizing and I just got nothing. So I decided not to order the banner from them and to be honest I think I'll be reluctant to go back in and do any more business.
