CARRIERS STAY AWAY!!! 8 hours of detention denied, even though we had in and out times on the BOL. We asked them why its denied they said customer didnt give a reason and started ignoring our emails. Terrible company

This broker has proven to be highly inefficient and unreliable. They do not compensate for detention or layover time, despite the significant delays experienced. Our team spent an entire day at the shipper, only to be given an unsubstantiated excuse based on a non-existent policy. This lack of transparency and accountability suggests a fraudulent operation.

Broker refused to pay TONU. Disappointed on their customer service. The first didn’t disclaim that a TWIC or escort would be needed. They claimed they would pay and then refused to pay the fee. Driver didn’t even load. Lost the $100

Very bad service of broker and even they lie to us about delivery appointment .when we try to call them they never give any good answer and can’t pick call at time. Even when we ask to pay layover how did not answer anything. DONT PICK LOAD FROM THEM . THEY ARE LIER. WASTE OUR DAYS.

We've done two loads with this broker this year and both times we got screwed. For a $1700 load, my driver lost four days on the last load with this broker. To reach someone on the phone to request detention, we had to call them a hundred times. Just $150 was added.

They will ignore your emails and reject your phone calls. Communication was quite poor with the broker and his team. Truck drivers' time is not valued by these people. Try to stay away from this broker as a favor to yourself.
