Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had trying to get $6000 worth of appliances delivered. Rude, ineffective and downright impossible to deal with. "Bobbie" who says she is the manager, is the worst. Just a terrible person who seems to revel in making life impossible for others. I have spoken with the Home Depot manager and making him deal with them. Hopefully Home Depot will get a clue and make a change from the terrible business!

We ordered an oven from Home Depot and this company was supposed to deliver it. They never called and claimed that nobody was home when they tried to deliver it. We were home and have security cameras, nobody attempted to make a delivery. After several phone calls I was able to just go pick it up from their warehouse.

Buyer beware, stay as far away from this company as you can get. You'll never get your appliance, and you cannot get anyone to even answer the phone. I've been waiting on my deliver for almost two week, and GE says it's sitting in their warehouse...no one has made contact with me yet. Heading there to try and pick it up myself. No telling what condition my appliance is in after having went to this delivery carrier. 100 thumbs-down?

After waiting a month for a delivery from Home Depot that was supposed to be carried out by this company, they do not show up TWO DAYS in a row, they didn’t call me either. Terrible customer service and recommend to stay away from them! I’m OB day three of trying to contact the facility with no luck, I just want my appliance.

This company demonstrates abysmal performance, with specialization in fabrication of stories.

I ordered a microwave at Home Depot, with delivery set for a specified date and time. I stayed home all day waiting, and waiting, and waiting. When it was never delivered, I called to complain and was told that they had attempted to deliver it at 6:00 pm, but that no one was home.

That was a complete fabrication, because I was sitting 15 feet from the front door, watching the news at 6:00 pm that day.

When asked to describe the house that they had stopped at, they could not do so . . . because they were never here.

Bottom line: Failure to perform as required, with outright lies in an attempt to cover their butts.

NEVER hire this company for anything

Inefficient company that is poorly run. We had difficult communication with upper management and lack of customer service. Unfortunately Home Depot uses them and probably is not aware of these problems.

Very poor company. Terrible customer service. The "supervisor" Ashley is rude and disrespectful and blames the customer for FSA delivering damaged appliances and not accepting them. Home Depot in Pooler uses them to deliver their appliances- go elsewhere

Poor, Poor company who allows their delivery people to whine about installing in a 900 sq ft condo. I lost $500-$600 worth of food and had no appliances for four days.
