Honestly I shopped around prior to call global. However, I was still shopping around and was looking for more competitive rate. Talked to Nick in global. First of all would say that he was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable person, Since I was looking for the soonest pick up, Nick promised me that they do have spot on the truck at the same day I had asked for. The most important thing was that he gave me more competitive shipping price than the others. Others charged much more for expedited shipping. So booked my order with global. My car got picked up according to schedule. I was so happy using global for transportation. Everything went perfectly and without any issues. Thank you Global team, you are they best car shipping company I have ever used.

I needed to get my Honda to Cali. Got bids from 10 different vehicle transport companies and they were all the same or lets say almost the same. Global’s insurance coverage was better so decided to go with them.

My sales rep, one of the founders of the company, was personally involved in the process. We agreed upon the pickup address but last minute driver asked to change it as the truck was not able to reach my street because of the size of the truck. That was not a big issue since it was a difference of 10 miles, but still was an inconvenience for me.

Driver was nice, everything was seamless. My vehicle was in a good shape and couldn't be better! They came in lowest with the exact dates I needed! No regrets! The only issue was that I actually paid for door to door pickup and delivery but pickup happened 10 miles away. Car was shipped super close to home. Most of the shipping process happened how we had discussed before signing the contract. They are pretty honest with their customers which is super nice.

I had my car shipped from Dallas TX to Palm Springs, CA. Michael with global auto transportation was extremely helpful and available. This was my first time having my car shipped and he made the process a lot more easy than it seems. I had a very reasonable quote (lowest actually) and there were no hidden fees or additional fees. Price quoted included insurance and 100lbs of items in the car, not 50lbs like what other companies allows. The estimated arrival time given to me was 3 days but it actually took two days to arrive! Other companies said 4-6 days and charged extra for expediated. My car got picked up Friday afternoon and arrived Sunday night. Overall great experience!

The Good: Friendly service upfront (i.e. before you sign the contract), timely on delivery.

The Bad: They used the classic bait-n-switch method to conduct business, and now I'm left to deal with the damage on my own. I paid full price for an enclosed trailer with a lifting platform, and accordingly, the rep agreed (based on my car's low clearance). So I paid full price. However, the driver showed up with an enclosed trailer with a wooden ramp for loading the car. As you can expect, the bottom center of the front bumper scraped the wood due to clearance, which is why I requested the lifting platform. So not only did I pay for something I did not receive, I explicitly told the rep that my car will not clear ramps unless taken at an angle and he still sent the wrong truck. So, if you're shipping any car with low clearance, and especially any sportscar(!), I'd avoid using this service at all costs. If you're shipping an SUV, you're probably ok. The worst part is after reporting the damage with before and after pictures, he led me down a path that they were going to help (send insurance info), but ultimately didn't send anything or respond to my inquiries.

In Summary, timely/friendly service on the front end (baiting you) with a high risk for damage (switching delivery methods on you) and zero followup support in the event there is damage, even if as minor as scratches in the paint.

I searched shipping companies to ship my 1996 BMW Z3 and came across Global by accident . And happy I did it. Jason was the person I talked to. He went above and beyond to schedule my shipment asap as I had asked him. He offered me 2 options, first one immediately pickup and the second option a day after. I chose second option. Driver came to my house to pick up my car and dropped off right across the driveway of my mom.

He didn't make any outlandish promises and instead gave me realistic estimates in regards to how much I would need to pay and how likely it would be that I could have my vehicle moved for that price during the desired dates.
