Got to wonder what the staff are there for? I had come in, looking for something that was definitely supposed to be in the store. I couldn't find it. I looked for someone, couldn't find them. Then the phone rang so I headed over and waited while the staff member finished the call. She immediately turned to walk away after and I had to say 'excuse me?' and she deigned to acknowledge me. She then almost immediately palmed me off on her colleague who found it online and then said she didn't know where it was. And that 'it could be behind something else'. I explained I'd been looking and couldn't find it and asked if she could help and she said 'no'. All that money going into advertising and promotion and I'm in the door, ready to buy, only to be totally repelled by someone who thinks their responsibilities to stack shelves outweighs making a sale. Come on, people. Get it together. When I worked in a shop our rule was 'drop everything to help a customer'. I know they do it in Waitrose, why not H&M?

Very poor service, slow at the tills and only 2 members of staff seemingly working, on a Saturday?!
Ending up leaving without buying anything.
Clothing is all mixed up on the rails (both fit and size), quality doesn't seem there for the price on some items.

Edit* looks like they've introduced a self service only checkout system. Noooo!
Please don't let this become the 'norm'.

Came into this store last Wednesday and did an exchange. Served by a young girl who said her name was Zara. She was absolutely fantastic and really pleasant. She helped me with a kidswear discount- thank you!! Brilliant service!!!!

Great selection of baby clothes. Loved the customer service. Was in there just 20 mins before closing time. But I was assisted without much of a fuss to get all I wanted. While the store was being closed for the day. Someone I guessed was the supervisor also came around to ensure all was well. Excellent experience in all.
