Un proceso muy tedioso para conseguir que te envien las cosas. Demasiados emails y no responde a la primera, tuve que enviar varias veces los emails para que me respondieran. Envíos muy caros, 85 CHF por enviar un paquete de dos kilos. Encima si no te envíen el paquete a casa recogerlo en el aeropuerto vale 30 CHF, solo porque te lo han guardado.

Thank you Swiss Port Lost & Found! I am really thankful for the swift return of my iPhone 14 Pro Max which was lost at Zurich Airport on 23 September 2024. I am also grateful for the kind person who located my phone and passed it to lost and found. From the found property tag it looks like someone (likely a cleaner or facility employee of ISS) I was told by the airport staff to file a report using the QR code. I received a response back and after 9 days my iPhone was delivered back to Singapore via FedEx. Swiss Port lost & found was responsive and helpful. I am so glad there was an option for the phone to be sent back to me (for a fee of course). Thank you again for Swiss hospitality and efficiency!

I have to say, I was very impressed that I got my laptop back at all, having left it at the airport in Zurich. I left it on the 7th, contacted the airport and filled in lost & found documents on the same day, was contacted by Intrapass on 10th, completed all required documents and paid for them by 14th (including express delivery), it was shipped from Zurich on 24th, and it got to me on 30th (FEDEX was not the most efficient and tried 3 times to deliver, first attempt apparently on 26th). I was asked about import tax by FEDEX but as the laptop was an old return (and not very monetarily valuable) I got away without paying import taxes. As a whole, it did take 3 weeks but as a part of me thought I'd never see it again, I'm actually quite impressed with the result. Yes, I would recommend their services.

Wir haben eine Einreisegenehmigung für die Seychellen beantragt und für zwei Personen 300 CHF dafür bezahlt (Airport Zürich). Uns wurde gesagt es geht innerhalb von max. 48 Stunden. Selbst fast eine Woche später haben wir weder eine Bestätigung noch Absage erhalten. Den Flug haben wir verpasst und auf unsere E-Mail wird leider auch nicht mehr reagiert. Sehr ärgerlich! Online haben wir es dann selber innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantragen können.

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by this shipping company. I was recommended to use their service by Zurich Airport to ship my lost laptop back home to Portugal, but it has been an absolute nightmare.

Firstly, despite paying for express shipping, it has now been three weeks and my laptop has still not arrived. This is completely unacceptable for an "express" service.

Secondly, due to their incompetence, they filed the wrong documents which has resulted in Portugal wanting to charge me import taxes on my own property. This is an unnecessary and costly inconvenience that should have been avoided with proper documentation.

The most frustrating part of this ordeal is the complete lack of customer service. Nobody responds to my emails or phone calls. It feels like I am shouting into the void, with no hope of getting any assistance or resolution.

This experience has been incredibly stressful and I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to stay away. Their service is unreliable, unprofessional, and they have no regard for their customers' concerns.

Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reputable company. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
