Wish I could give them zero stars, or better yet minus 5! They are never on time, sometimes even 2 hours late! They have an asinine policy, you have to call them at least 2 days in advance so they have time to set up the ride. How long does it take to call the cab company & set up the appointment, maybe 2 minutes?! Oh yeah & the cab company that they use. Their vehicles are always filthy, I hate to even sit in the seats. It's just gross. If you have another choice please use another service.

Customer Service in Philadelphia, Pa. Is Horrible!!! I have been out here for 3 hours waiting on a ride. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!. They keep saying they putting in for a Lyft but they don't. You call the complaint department they don't handle anything they hang up on you. I have called the CEO. I have called the Media relations guy Mike Reiman than once. I have an email for a Wilfrefo Lopez. Nothing is getting done about the Customer Service!!! I will be going to the government the state,REPRESENTATIVES,the media and everyone. I'M AT THE END OF MY ROPE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I only put one star because I had to to be able to write something. Otherwise they would get none. People using this service need to get to and from appointments they shouldn't have to go through what I go through EVERY WEEK!!

Really deserves no stars. Left waiting 30 Lin no call no show. It's 7 inches of snow. This is the worst waste of money. They have no respect for the customer just getting paid. Worst customer service. Either they take you and don't come back. Or they don't show at all. You can't contact the company that's transporting you. Really..

First time I called for my mom and they didn't show up. I had to re-scheduled my mom doctor's appointent.
I Called Blue Cross to complaint about it and they couldn't get thru. Not even for the insurance provider who is paying them they have the courtesy to answer the phone. Shame on them.

Had the worst experience with dealing with this government chosen provider there part which was a secondary vendor was rude because my pic was for 715 am he was there To 7am and I got the call to come down at 723am OK mistakes happen I had a 2nd pick up time of 930 am no one showed up I had to take money out of my pocket to pay for my own cab to my 2nd appointment to atthis point time to go home was told after I got confermation of 7 mi. That it would now take 30 min to an hour to get me. I spoke to the supervisor Justin who then proceeded to apologise. When I brought up the billing question I was instructed and told this would not be discussed. Now if a service is provided then payment should be given but I believe if a service was not provided due to the incompetence of the partner service meaning secondary vendor you should not be paid period point blank. You guys just suck period I'm all for small business getting government contracts but this is a moment where I overstand why big government tries to shut it down. Again Logisticare sucks Balls

I wish I could give these people zero stars. They make money off these patients and the transportation companies that does business with them makes pennies. They nothing but takers. The workers in the field has too much time on their hand. Always in people personal business. Stick to your job of robbing patients insurance companies and dishing pennies to the transport companies that break their workers back (literally) to provide care & a ride. Instead of worrying about the workers appearances. #MMFS

Worked here from 2/2013 to 12/2015. Met really great people, made lasting friendships and met the woman who would one day carry our baby in her belly for 9 months. So many great memories. Helping people was the goal.

Like in life, all things change. Now what lies here is a vacant space for new memories to be created.

I'm sure Bronx borough President Ruben Diaz Jr and his mob pals are getting plenty rich off this taxpayer funded fiasco. I was supposed to be getting the service since 2014, all Logisticare had to do was contact my doctor whose number was right on the documentation (so for over 2 years I was paying out of pocket). In the interim, I was in a MTA bus accident with a Modell's tractor trailer on the way home from Congressman Crowley's useless Bronx staff trying to get the transportation mess straightened out. First ride or two was good, now drivers are showing up late, making me late for appointment/s and having multiple patients being transported all in one trip; ALL the drivers speak Spanish and have music on. The return trip is always nerve racking, never knowing how late they'll arrive. If you want a reason for #RepealAndReplace Obamacare, and why Mayor deBlasio's Vision Zero is BS, look no further than medical transportation (add in Uber & Lyft and we now have more traffic in the history of NYC, besides all the construction going on). SMH Sorry Logisticare, you seem to be hiring only Latinos; must be nice to have a hook in Diaz, Rivera, Torres ...
