Please get it together. Access2Care operates a lot better but they unfortunately changed my grandfathers insurance. It was a nightmare setting up a standing order for his wheelchair rides. Nobody is on the same page. I get told by phone representatives that they are gonna do something but they don't do it.

I am now having trouble with milage reimbursement. I am leaving you this review to urge you to improve the scheduling and reliability of your ride services for individuals with disabilities and medical needs. Many people like my grandfather rely on these services for essential appointments, yet frequent delays and cancellations create unnecessary stress and hardship. Timely and dependable transportation is not a luxury—it is a necessity for maintaining health, independence, and dignity. Please take immediate action to enhance your scheduling system, ensure better driver availability, and communicate more effectively with riders.

A loved one I see after uses this service at times and yesterday's experience and previous ones with this co. are reasons I never referred them to anyone. At times they use car service personnel to pick up their clients but some of the personnel,as yesterday, are not always professional, Honest nor respectful. Case and point. The driver my client was assigned lied, and said, via the app, that he picked my loved one up, this was around 6, or a few minutes till. The app showed he was en route I was waiting to ensure he made it to his destination. My indicator then said a few minutes later, that he had been dropped off. ? Where? He wasn't at the destination, yet the driver indicated on their end that they picked my loved one up and that he dropped him off when he did neither and left him where he was still waiting for a ride. I called him,the driver, when I saw " dropped off" yet he didn't pick up and I hurriedly called Modivcare to try to get another ride. By now the business my client was waiting at is now closing so he had to get to another nearby place to wait and his phone died not long after so I gathered the information I had and the Rep. ( Isaiah) Who answered was awesome! He set up another trip, it took a while but he was able to and once he did, relayed the details he had and tried to reach the driver to walk him through where he was now, by now it's 2 hours later, the driver was able to locate him, my loved one, and put him on the phone to confirm that he was picked up, Isaiah stayed on the line with me until his pickup and what could have been a worse experience turned out ok. The 1st. Driver, dropped the ball. He didn't pick him up, and lied saying he did and that he was dropped off when he actually did not and left him there and didn't answer the phone when I called neither the text when I asked where was my loved one. Where did you drop him off? When he never even picked him up. This is not at all ok. You may be a Contractor, or driver for a Medical Co. Or another type of business. No matter what, show professionalism and respect for that client and business. What he did, the driver that just lied and left him there, was dangerous. Not respectful to him being an elder, nor the Co. Modivcare or Lyft. Very disrespectful and I was able to speak with a Supervisor and relayed this experience. You don't do this to anyone. Too much is happening out here and to disregard someone and go on and then lie as if you did your job trying to get paid when you didn't and left him there waiting not knowing anything,was evil, a very evil thing to do. Please if you are in these positions, be respectful of the people needing the services and treat them the way you want to be treated and how you want your loved ones treated. In no way is it right to treat our elders this way. No one , elder, younger no one. Please Modivcare and Lyft, be mindful of who drives for you. This type of behavior is evil, dangerous and very disrespectful. It should not be tolerated or brushed off as a mere complaint. You don't do this to anyone. The picture below is the driver that did this and as you see said that he was dropped off when he never picked him up. Be aware..

Absolutely worst service. Get picked up 1 1 /2hrs for an appointment 4 miles from my home. If I do will call for return I have to wait an hour or more. Last June I waited over 3 hours on a feel like 112° sun beating down in heat of day and no shade around. I got severely dehydrated,face sunburned it peeled. I get anxious and fearful every time I have a doctors appointment as a matter of fact been sitting here over an hour in my wheelchair it's cloudy, breezy 50° waiting to get picked up to go home. Also their vehicles are on their last leg, nothing works on them and some of them drivers, on the phone talking to family, friends hands waving, paying bills, calling in their to go orders, cussing, veering off the road unbelievable. I'm absolutely disgusted with the service. If I could I'd give - star rating.

All should contact their insurance company and demand they drop Motiv care.
PLUS THEY SEND DRIVERS WHO DONT SPEAK ENGLISH.

This company is a nightmare, you try and get mileage reimbursement you turn in your paperwork in a very timely manner, yet they refuse to pay you in a timely manner. I have turned 3 different mileage reports, and each one has had to be submitted at least 3 different times. And each time is a 2 week wait. What is it your money out of your pocket that you refuse to pay as your company agreed with my insurance.I have filed 2 grievances with my insurance company. If you are a company looking to to do business with, look at a different one this company couldn't complete a task if ask .

I have been using modivcare for my mothers medical transport in Texas starting June 2nd of 2023. The first ride we recieved was horrible. The vehicle was dilapidated and messy, with front end accident damage. After leaving a complaint I was told we had the ability through modivcare to be reimbursed for milage if I drive.
This process was worse yet. As of June 6th I have recieved no reimbursement for any trips. I've called multiple times to inquire and I've only been told to continue to wait. According to the agent I spoke with, the claims department that processes the milage reimbursement does it all by hand. You can submit the travel logs by emial, fax or mail and none of it works properly. I was told when I asked to speak with a supervisor, that I could not be transferred but they could have one return my call. 1 month and counting and I have received no communication.
At this point I'm not sure what I can do. They kind of have you over a barrel, they owe me payment and it's up to them when I get it.
Horrible company model for 2023, processing 1000's of logs by hand. Totally disappointed by this experience.

Poorly managed. No one reads the customer requests and each time you get different explanations for the same question. Drivers other than lyft are unsafe, older vehicles and some of the drivers are rude.
