I just started using your services a couple of months ago, have scheduled about 4 rides, only 3 were carried out. Humana is my insurance provider. Everything everyone has said about ModivCare is true and worse for me!! I don't understand how you are allowed to stay in business, and - and why Humana partner with you.

Yesterday I had a dentist appointment, a driver was scheduled to pick me up at 9:05 am, no driver came. I called ModivCare at 9:15, was told that no one was coming! I had to scramble to find someone to take me; I was able to find someone but had to pay a lot of money that I could not afford. How can you treat sick people so badly

Modivcare keeps scheduling me with Triangle Offense Transportation LLC. They are unprofessional and rude. The left me for 2 hours and laughed about it. I f they schedule them with you I would cancel your appointment. I have complained to Human and Modivcare and they both did nothing. I am now going to complain to Medicare and Elder Abuse Hot Line. I feel you should do the same

Every time I book a ride they cancel it later claiming my "insurance expired" requiring a twilium caseworker to call and Enlighten them wasting the resources of the state of NC who foolishly hires them! Either their software is from dollar tree (website useless) or they are making illegal profits by service denials. A TRUE Too big to fail corporate welfare queen.

After scheduling rides with confirmation number, on the day of such appointment, Modivcare doesn't show the ride or confirmation number. 2 representatives apologized, but stated there was nothing they could do.

I have recently started using Modivcare to schedule rides to and from doctors appointments. The reasons I am only giving two stars is because #1-The automated system you force us to go through in order to speak to an agent is RIDICULOUS and absolutely no help .
#2- I have repeatedly told the agents that I am transgender and requested that they not call me ma’am and yet they continue to do so even in the next sentence after I have asked them not to . # 3- Approximately 80% of the agents I’ve spoken to do not speak clear English nor do they seem to comprehend it well. For example, I have had a few occasions where I had to call back immediately because the agent that was “ helping “ me didn’t consider the time zone difference between us and scheduled my rides for one to two hours wait after the first ride either didn’t show up or canceled. If you represent Modivcare feel free to contact me so we can discuss and hopefully correct these issues. Thanks - Mr. Abbey

My 95yo wheelchair bound mother had a ride scheduled and the driver showed up nearly 90 minutes before her appointment time. I asked the driver if she could wait a while longer before leaving since sitting in the chair tires my mother and she has passed out once before. The driver agreed, however, she did not return to pick up my mother. When I pressed “call driver” from the app, the woman who answered said she wasn’t the driver and I should call the office. What office
On top of that, no one bothered to follow up or find out what happened. This is the FIRST time using the service and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
And now I’m leaving this review because I emailed the company with these concerns and they didn’t bother to respond. What a joke.

Wow at the reviews!! This place actually tried to call and cancel an elderly lady's appointment without her knowing and did not show up to transport her. The daughter had to bring her. I've never heard of a company being able to do that. The patient was going to be charged for a same day cancelation because this company failed. How do they operate like this!! Terrible!! Luckily the patient's daughter was able to bring her and the patient says this happens all the time and she had to pay out of pocket for a trip 5 miles down the road to another office. Wow. What's happening to these companies!?
