I already knew OnTrac was going to deliver my package to the wrong address, so I sent delivery instructions. Despite this, they still managed to lose my package. There is no one you can contact to help you. When I sent in a claim, it said the investigation would take up to two days. Then, I got a message back saying my package was delivered. I already know it was delivered, but the question is, where to?

OnTrac is the worse delivery service. After given them detailed delivery instructions I still haven’t received my package. It has been over 5 days and I still haven’t received my package

The people working in office are great people, but the lack of communication I have with them is just not reliable at all. They're excellent when it comes to customer service. However, their first delivery has failed to reach my home and I went to the facility to speak with them. Calling them through their website number isn't reliable in any way. Here's why I rate their delivery service to be horrid and non reliable. I rate it a three for their excellent customer service who are the people working in office.

Suggestion: Go to your local OnTrac facility and ask to speak with the manager, it is your best option.

Reason: I ordered the newest google pixel buds for over 195 in person at best buy and was told that it would arrive 2 days after. Afterwards I didn't receive it and it keeps telling me that it comes on this day, or this day. Or that day. I'm calling them right now and it's already been 20 minutes just to speak to someone in person. Horrible, and very deserving of bad reviews in terms of delivery service.

This is more of a complaint for the independent contractors. OnTrac is good in the warehouse. It's terrible with the delivery. They aren't trained enough to even compete with the UPS, FedEx, or even the USPS delivery drivers. I live in Woodlake. You aren't going to sit there with my package in Woodlake, say "Out for Delivery" at nine o'clock in the morning, and then bring it back to Visalia at the end of the day. The drivers don't even call! This is the third day in a row I have had my package be "Out for Delivery" and not show up at my doorstep as it should've. It's as if the driver is looking at my address and keeps thinking, "Oh I'll deliver it tomorrow." You cannot do that as a delivery driver. They don't even tell you why it is delayed! If the package is delayed for any reason, you always inform the customer. That's called "good customer service." The OnTrac delivery drivers are a disgrace to the Visalia Industrial Park.

The absolute worst delivery service in the country. Walmart should cancel any contract and use UPS or FedEx. I'd be more than happy to pay more just not to use Ontrac, should be Oncrap. Weeks have went by and delay after delay. Disgusting company.

This company loses packages consistently. Of this company delivers one of my packages they always put it at a different address and make me go on a wild goose chase for my packages. When you call and have them ask the driver where it was left, they refuse and issue no apologies. I've had to complain at least once a month for the past 6 months. I've made multiple complaints with Amazon and will make sure Amazon does not use this company any more.

Delivery from visalia It is really bad when these small buisness that you want them to make it just like the big guys have delivery drivers that in plan view throw your packages into your yard especially when the package is visible its a computer printer and the driver doesn't even take it to the door of my house. It is in its own box and he threw it so hard that it broke it. Whywouldnt he actually just walk a few more steps drop it off at doorstep this is not the first time that ontrac has done this. If this is how this company wants more buisness they should train their drivers about deliveries its Xmas time we all know these items do go to our kids and it ruins everything for us so things get sold out and its all ontracks fault i will never recommend anybody to use this service which im sad because I believe in the small businesses that just need an opportunity but i have a daughter that is very upset and sad because she worked hard to get her computer printer on her own now it was thrown as if it was a baseball the driver clearly saw what it was and still did it
