The guy named Keith Bass who is working as a chef here has been very rude to everyone everywhere he goes. He should learn to respect others and treat others nicer if he wants that same thing back in return. He is ridiculous and very unpleasant man. I’m not sure how people with this unpleasant personality being able to work for the city. No wonder why the city is in such a mess up right now because they never hired a quality people. This is very insane and I just hope karma really gets to him and his family.

Someone from this department didn't like my interpretation and whined about the fact that it was taking time to translate complex words, such as Acetaminophen, Atorvastatin etc. Perhaps pay attention to your job instead of wasting time on lengthy, negative feedbacks. Interpreters are not your robots.

I was cursed with an incredibly insensitive phone operator when I returned their call about my positive COVID test. I'm a healthcare worker, vaccinated, and well-versed in the protocols. They answered my call by saying "SFDPH, what are you calling about?" When I said "You called me..." they said "Yes, I called you about..." and launched into very personal questions without telling me why they called. When I told them I had been receiving nonstop communications from SFDPH asking me a multitude of questions, and needed to rest, the person said "Well, it sounds like you don't need any of our resources," and right as I was saying "I didn't know you were offering resources, I might need something" they HUNG UP. Trash.

I once went there about 8 or 9 years ago to request a birth certificate because the lady I went to go talk to at one of the windows had asked me for my DOB and therefore she had my name and birthday and place of birth. The only downside was that it costed me $20 for each paper that was printed in color. So I ended up paying $40 for my birth certificates. So expensive.

This the city agency is an awesome place that people are knowledgeable and helpful. It can be a little daunting with the security police officers sitting in the lobby, but otherwise it's a really interesting cool place.

This store is not good he really thinks everybody loves him I just got me some food he started licking his fingers and touched my food and got mad at me because I cursed him out that's not Kool at all and he's touching the cashier then touching the food I'm good NEVER AGAIN
