Completely incompetent, unethical & malicious tactics. Very first few days had a lock on my storage unit so I couldn't move stuff in. Nobody had a clue, 3rd day my unit was finally unlocked for me to move stuff into but there was NO pro-rate or change of move in date(monthly payment date). I picked this storage not only for price but because they had a huge banner that said you get a free day move in truck. After I rented I was told they don't have that anymore cause a new company bought them out. I asked them then why is the huge banner still advertising this? Basically said, you're SOL we don't do it. Then when I went to pay, online it took my payment then kicked it back, which I didn't realize right away & caused problems. Lastly within the 2nd month, the payments increased $15 !!! Also, if you're late on any payments, you can't do any partial pay. I get the late fee if you're late but to say you can't make any payment to bring your money balance down is insane. What a scam!!

I actually have 2 larger units here. Place is well kept and secure. Good area. No issue with bugs, rodents, drainage during rains etc that are often problems at other places. April is super helpful and friendly too. I'm set up on Auto pay, which is a nice feature. Would recommend

April was Excellent!
She initially helped me over the phone giving me a rundown of the leasing process and any beneficial options I can utilize with this storage. Upon arrival she noticed I was stressed and hot from the day, water was offered and she took extra time to help me secure the unit. We had great conversation while going over the leasing agreement and smoothly went to checkout the storage unit size was appropriate before completing the contract. My day started to feel much lighter, she didn’t even rush me once the store was closing. April was very accommodating, personal, and informative, absolutely great customer service!
