Dr. Lo performed my father’s spine surgery in Nov 23’ and we are so happy with the result. My father went from being bed ridden due to excruciating sciatica pain to being able to walk a mile a day easily thanks to Dr. Lo and his team. The office and NP Andrea also provided excellent follow up care.

Dr Lo did my mother in law surgery when she was in the hospital and overall it was a good experience. However, when we decided to see him when my husband was having some neurological issues and they found a chiari malformation that was a different story. During the visit, the dr was getting phone calls and texts in and out attending to other patients and issues while the PA asked questions. Dr seem d very distracted and not really listening to what my husband was telling him. He missed half of what my husband said because he was in and out of the room. I felt he wasn’t really focused and listening. I’m sure he is a good dr and good at what he does but I want a dr who will focus and listen to me during a visit. Ended up seeing another dr in the city which was a better experience.
