Had my first experience with Dr Lo's office today. Office is clean, organized and well maintained! Support staff is professional and helpful and Dr. Lo took our concerns seriously and seems thorough and well-educated. Would definitely recommend!

The only slight challenge was waiting room space/chairs, but our appt was in the middle of the morning, which is always very busy.
