Being a member of both Amazon Prime and Amazon Vine, I tend to make a lot of returns over a year. Luckily, this store is located in a very convenient location. The amount of business they gets fluctuates but most of the time when you show up, it will be just your or maybe a few people. On most visits I can be in and out within 5 minutes. The staff is extremely friendly and happy to help me with whatever questions I may have. On 2 occasions now, I've showed up to send a package while it was raining. They let me hang out in their store until the bus arrive for me to take home. Quite personally, I prefer to go to the UPS Store over the Post Office. Less business. Less Waiting. And most importantly, less expensive.

All the employees are very friendly helpful. They work as fast as they can. A few times I've been there where there was a long line, but still got out pretty quickly. Ashley is one the best I've had help me. She super quick, knowledgeable and always super nice.

My husband was able to get in and out with friendly customer service. The gal that helped my husband was able to print the labels he needed to complete my amazon return without issue. He hates when I send him on these errands so thank you for making it easy for him to get it done.

Lindsay was a great help! Knowledgeable, actually your whole team was great! I Stress TEAM! They all worked great together, I observed a lot and when I see a company and their employees work as team, you can’t get no better than that! Don’t know their names but they all definitely deserve a hand to their work ethics!

This is my experience at my local UPS store.
Well they were very friendly, Saud hi as son as I walked in. The clerk Ashe was kind, knowledgeable, and very fast. She made you feel welcomed. I normally don’t do th see e surveys at all, but this person needs to be recognized for her actions, knowledge and customer service.

I do a lot of business at this UPS Store. I have never had a bad experience. But, today was unusual. A blue trailer in the parking lot was the "store" today. There was a long line of customers (one was hateful, one was very impatient and one had two huge, very heavy boxes she asked the ONE employee to get them out of her car for her, which he did with a smile). The trailer was FREEZING inside even with the one heater going, the trailer rocked constantly. Richard was the employee, and even with all he was having to deal with, he was helpful, friendly, FAST, and had a genuine smile for every customer. When I first walked in, I thought about just walking back out. Then I heard him talking with the hateful customer. He was respectful and apologized (even though the customer had not read her return instructions and did not have what was required of her) and gently explained that to her and apologized again because she was going to have to pay for the shipping box or bag. By the time she was finished, she told him she was sorry for being rude. I was so impressed with Richard because he was so fast and beyond amazing
and I was in and out so quickly. I went back in to get his name so I could let the powers that be know what an outstanding employee they have! Thank you, Richard, for being the brightest part of my day so far!
