OMG! I am sooo angry att Warners Group! Avoid them at all times!

* Spanish is my mother tongue and Swedish is my daily basis language since 18 years ago, so I apologise for the terrible English *

They failed renewing my subscription in June (no message or email before or after that, and no new try on the bank card - which Iknow had money - ) and when I called them to ask about my subscription (as they NEVER answered to my several emails) they tell me I must sign for a new one for like 90 pound instead for the 70 the had tried to charge me (the price I had signed for and which they say they tried to charge). Fine... kind of...

Okej... I signed again for a monthly renewal, and bought September's separately at a much more expensive price than it should have been. Fine.

I am still waiting for September's. I called them on Monday, they will send a new one. Fine.

Today I received this month's issue, which is ok, as I live in Sweden and it always takes a bit more time.

But I also received a letter from the Swedish postal service telling me I have a waiting shipment (september i guess) and that this was sent in a way that makes it "tullplicktig" (duty obliged?) so, besides the 10,44 pounds I already paid for the magazine, I must pay 7,75 pounds to have it released from Customs? I have received your magazine for over a year and it always arrived home without problem. Both the ones I bought with the subscription and the separately bought.

So I must pay over 18 pounds for this missing issue OR let it be and have it returned, and lose the 10,44 I already paid!!?

I am very sorry about the ranting, but I really cannot understand how this company is still up and running! I have never seen a worst online shop solution nor contacted a worst Customer Service!

And yes, I know about the digital edition. I also have it, via my Readly subscription. But a love a paper magazine, specifically the stitching ones!

Useless company. Only told me my direct debit failed to go through when I enquired why my magazines weren't being delivered. Took two emails before I got any reply and now the original offer has finished.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I had a horrible experience with Warners Group Publishing PLC. I ordered a book from one of their magazines (Birdwatch) website on the 2nd of December 2016.

The shipping was supposed to take no more than 28 days. Now, 55 days later on 26th of January 2017 I still haven't recieved my order and the service lady is incapable of explaining what happened to the book that I paid for. It takes them around a week to answer mails, and the answers that I get are not satisfying at all. By now, they started to ignore my mails..
