AWB 80003523 (Shipment from Ahmedabad to Chennai)

The service began with good interaction with their Ahmedabad office (Contact Person: Atul Misra). They picked up the shipment and delivered to Chennai a day later than promised but that is not the issue.

My both the bags are completely made useless.
1st bag: Has a BIG hole torn. Also the lock was broken and left open.
2nd Bag: The ply at the bottom completely broke and wheels are gone.

Both of them are really good quality bags that I use for international travel. I reported to Misra ji yesterday 3 pm and he promised he will find solution by end of yesterday. Since then I have called him multiple times, sent whatsapp messages (which he has seen because I see bluetick) but completely ignoring me now. This is the worst customer service and courier service I have ever received, and I would really caution anyone against using them unless you want your packages completely destroyed and locks pry open before delivery.

Photos of bags before and after attached. They will completely ghost you when issue like this happen. So please save them some time.

Pathetic service, I don't want togiven even one start. All staff are very rude and useless. When you share your concern they will start shouting on you and will also say "Mat bhejo hamare service se". Lady picking the call on their main number is rudest in all. If you want to humiliate yourself then use their service.

Obnoxious people, owner and management is abusive, no responsibility towards the delivery of packages, no training of staff. Don’t deserve to be in service industry. If my package is not delivered safely, would evaluate legal action.

This is a rip off. I hope they go bankrupt soon. This is a one person show. They didn't deliver my package for 3 weeks. They won't take calls nor any tracking status will be updated. Imagine what could have happened if you shipped medicines or urgent documents. DO NOT choose them. You will regret.

It's a company only on net. They will take the shipment and money and never deliver it to destination. When you complain firstly they will not receive the call and if they do they would simply refuse that they have not picked up your shipment despite you have a copy of pickup receipt. Worst courier company.

The worst experience of courier service till now for a single courier they took almost ten days and still the parcel is not done with the delivery and the number which they are provided is not responding. Will suggest not to work with that.

The worst experience faced with worldpak courier services It takes 7 days to deliver a pack of documents from Punjab to Delhi, and received with very bad condition (ripped packaging with damaged documents).
